Individual and Family Therapy 50 minute and 75 minute sessions can be scheduled according to need. Women's Groups Presently: Thursday evenings 7:00-8:30 Women's group inspired by Louise Hay's book "You Can Heal Your Life." This group is ideal for women adressing issues of self-esteem, relationship, ACOA (Adult Children of Alcoholics), co-dependency issues or simply for personal growth and self-care and the joy of gathering with other women. Coming Soon: Two new groups will be starting soon on Tuesday evenings at 7:00 and Wednesday afternoons at 11:30. These groups will be women's self-care groups with an emphasis on stress reduction. There will be a combination of guided imagery, and journal sharing as well as other stress management techniques. |
